Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that real life happens, and you may not be able to complete your
session. We have a flexible cancelation and refund policy.
Rescheduling of an appointment must be done within 24 hours of the scheduled
appointment in writing to Vondaevansempowermentservices@gmail.com, the
caption should read RESCHEDULE SESSION, include your name, date and time
of session, cell number, the reason for your rescheduling, business, personal,
emergency etc. Once the appointment is made the time and block of time is
reserved exclusively for you. The rescheduled appointment must be made within
a three-month period utilizing the same request format to make the initial appointment.
Refunds must be requested in writing after booking the session within 24 hours
of payment for all services. A nonrefundable amount twenty percent will be
applied for processing fee, The request must include, your name, email address,
cell phone to Vondaevansempowermentservices@gmail.com. Refund request
made after the 24-hour period are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please allow 7-10
business days for the cancellation submitted back to the original form of payment used.
